A DAY IN THE LIFE Installs and decommissions project site technology including network equipment (wireless access points and security appliances), data cabling, Wi-Fi, and audio-visual equipment in project trailers. Supports project personnel and technology remotely or onsite from project start up to completion. Provides escalated incident support and handles field end user requests for hardware, applications, and access. Creates and maintains end user documentation, knowledge base, and recurring communications to field end user community to help achieve first call resolution. WHAT YOU’LL NEED Three to five years of progressive experience in installation, configuration, and support of Windows based computer hardware, iOS mobile devices, software, peripherals, network equipment, data cabling, and audio-visual installation required.
