Responsibilities:
- Source and purchase parts and equipment from suppliers, negotiating pricing and terms to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Follow inventory control measures to minimize waste, while optimizing stock levels for efficient operations.
- Arrange timely delivery of parts utilizing warehouse delivery drivers, and supplies to job sites or technicians, ensuring availability for scheduled appointments.
- Inspect incoming parts for quality and accuracy, verifying specifications and compatibility with company standards.
- Handle warranty claims and returns, liaising with suppliers or manufacturers to facilitate replacements or refunds.
