The right applicant will lead projects from initiation to close as the main point of contact for subcontractors, vendors, architects and other stakeholders. This person should be knowledgeable about regulations, permits and project management methodology. They should work well with a diverse team, be highly organized and detail-oriented, meet deadlines and strive to stay within budget.
Responsibilities
Educations/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, construction management or related field
Strong knowledge of construction management best practices
5-7 years of project management experience in the construction industry or construction specialties, including management of budgets and schedules.
Valid Driver’s license
Fluency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft office software required
Procore experience a plus
