Blair & Ramirez LLP is Hiring an Associate Attorney (Employment Law) Near Los Angeles, CA

Our growing firm is looking for an experienced Spanish speaking employment law attorney in Downtown Los Angeles, who is interested in learning, growing and sharing in the successes of the firm.

Candidate must have at least three (3) years of employment law litigation experience and be able to speak fluent Spanish. Candidate will be expected to: take and defend depositions, write and oppose motions (including MSJ), appear in court, and handle discovery independently. Mentoring and growth opportunities will be available. Ideal candidate will have excellent writing and litigation skills, and be personable, passionate, and organized. Competitive pay and benefits.

Experience and Qualifications

  • 3 years employment law experience
  • Fluent in Spanish
  • Litigation experience
  • Ability to take and defend depositions, write and oppose motions (including demurrer, motion to strike, MSJ), appear in court, and handle discovery independently;
  • Ideal candidate will have excellent writing and litigation skills, and be personable, passionate, and organized.

Compensation

  • Competitive/Market - Dependent on experience

Pay: $150,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
