Description
Overview: Blades of Green is currently seeking a sales manager with a proven track record of driving sales performance through coaching, mentoring and accountability. The successful candidate will be an innovative leader who has direct experience leading a successful sales team with sustained results. Moreover, they will have a keen understanding that sales is a lagging metric and the result of the proper execution of daily inbound and outbound sales activities. Oversight of those inbound and outbound sales activities are key to leading Blades of Green through its next phase of growth.
Position Purpose: Coach, train and hold the inbound and outbound sales teams accountable for achieving their daily sales activity and revenue objectives
Education: College degree preferred
Experience: 10 years of sales experience with 5 years in call center sales management
Hours: 40 to 50 hours weekly with seasonal Saturdays
Responsibilities:
• Coaching, training, and holding sales representatives accountable for their daily inbound and outbound sales activity and sales revenue performance
• Ensure that individual sales representatives’ performance expectations are achieved on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Monitor sales calls to ensure that representatives are accurately performing the “one-call close” and adhering to Blades of Green’s sales processes and procedures
• Work with key stakeholders to develop sales campaigns and initiatives to motivate and drive sales efforts
