As a Roofing Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth through the promotion and sale of roofing products and services.

Key Responsibilities :

• Prospecting and Lead Generation : Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Client Consultation : Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs, listening attentively to their requirements and preferences, and providing expert guidance and recommendations.
• Solution Presentation : Present roofing product options, features, and benefits to clients in a clear and compelling manner, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Quoting and Proposal Development : Prepare accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals for roofing projects, ensuring alignment with client expectations and company profitability goals.
• Negotiation and Closing : Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to secure contracts and close sales, leveraging your persuasive communication skills and industry expertise.
• Relationship Building : Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, builders, contractors, and other industry stakeholders, fostering trust and loyalty through exceptional service and support.
• Collaboration : Collaborate closely with internal teams, including marketing, operations, and customer service, to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives and exceptional customer experiences.

Qualifications :

• Sales Experience : Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the roofing or construction industry, with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
• Customer Focus : Strong customer service orientation with the ability to build rapport, understand customer needs, and deliver tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
• Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information and influence purchasing decisions.
• Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills with the ability to navigate complex sales scenarios and close deals that are mutually beneficial for both the client and the company.
• Industry Knowledge : Sound understanding of roofing products, materials, installation techniques, and industry regulations, with the ability to educate and advise clients accordingly.
• Results-Driven : Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a proactive approach to achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
• Team Player : Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively within a team environment and contribute to a positive and supportive work culture.
• Valid Driver's License : Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation for client meetings and site visits.

Compensation : This is a commission-based role, with representatives typically earning between $50,000 and $200,000 annually.
