Blackland Glass & Construction is a residential and commercial glazing company. We are hiring for an Inside Sales/Estimating Coordinator

The ideal candidate will be self-motivated with a strong worth ethic to match the company values of responsibility, integrity, efficiency, and performance. Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation. Excellent math skills, proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook), and strong worth ethic required. Estimating experience is a plus.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

· Perform accurate and thorough take-offs in accordance with company policies and procedures

· Prepare estimates with current software in accordance with company policies and procedures

· Self-Manage time effectively and prioritize tasks to ensure completion of all duties and tasks

· Follow up on bids submitted to capture contracts

· Maintain vendor & customer relationships

· Assist in marketing processes to promote the company and its projects

· Act in a manner of integrity that shows support for the company, its values, and the employees, while maintaining constant focus on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.

· Analyze project specifications and drawings to prepare accurate cost estimates

· Negotiate prices with vendors and clients to achieve competitive bids

· Utilize Construction estimating software Kawneer’s PartnerPack

· Report to Management team to provide detailed, comprehensive project plans

· Provide detailed breakdowns of material, labor, and equipment costs

· Monitor project progress and costs to ensure adherence to budget constraints

· Conduct cost control measures throughout the project lifecycle

· Review order confirmations/invoices to ensure compliance with quoted prices

Pay – DOE $20-25

Full Time – Monday – Friday, 7 am to 4:30 pm

Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
