Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for generating leads and pitching insurance claims for roof repairs and completely new roofs to potential customers. Experience is a plus but will train any one that is eager and willing to learn and likes people. Duties:
- Identify and analyze potential customers and market trends
- Conduct outside sales activities to generate leads and drive sales
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Present product information to customers in a clear and persuasive manner
- Negotiate pricing and terms of sale to close deals
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process
- Collaborate with the account management team to ensure customer satisfaction

- Willing to get on roofs and not afraid of heights

Experience:
- Proven experience in face to face sales or a related field
- Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to analyze market trends and identify opportunities

Pay: $55,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
