We are looking for enthusiastic experienced bartenders to provide an excellent dining and drinking experience. Good bartenders will be able to create classic and innovative drinks exceeding customers’ needs and expectations. We craft our cocktails using a jigger for precise and consistent drinks. We do egg white cocktails, smoked cocktails and pour NC craft beer. Compensation includes hourly wage and tips.

Responsibilities

• Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present bar menu
• Check customers’ identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills

• Resume and proven working experience as a bartender
• Excellent knowledge of in mixing, garnishing and serving drinks
• Computer literacy
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the bar organized, stocked and clean

Black Sheep Beaufort, is seeking energetic and creative support staff. We have an menu of brick oven pizza, sandwiches and appetizers that allows us to do daily and weekly specials- which gives our support staff a chance to try and sell new dishes on a revolving basis. With several different areas in our food offerings - support staff have a chance to serve charcuterie, cheeses, salads, prepared dishes, and pizza. No day is ever the same as the one before! We close the kitchen daily at 9:00pm, which means no more working until midnight. We have a phenomenal team and all enjoy working together.
