Job Summary:

We are seeking a Customer Service Associate / Cashier to join our team. As a Customer Service Associate / Cashier, you will provide exceptional service to our customers while handling cash transactions and assisting with product inquiries. Responsibilities:

- Greet customers and provide friendly, knowledgeable assistance

- Process cash transactions accurately and efficiently

- Maintain a clean and organized checkout area

- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide recommendations

- Upsell additional products or services to enhance the customer experience

- Demonstrate excellent time management skills to ensure efficient service

- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing customer concerns or issues promptly and professionally

Skills:

- Strong organizational skills to manage cash transactions and maintain an organized checkout area

- Sales experience, preferably in wireless or electronics sales, to effectively promote products and services

- Ability to upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities

- Proficient in conducting product demos to showcase features and benefits

- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and ensure efficient service

- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to address customer concerns or issues effectively

- Knowledge of technology sales trends and products

- Fluent in English, both written and verbal

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $10.33 - $12.00 per hour

Expected hours: 16 – 40 per week
