Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Associate/Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about sales, possesses excellent communication skills, and is adept at providing administrative support.

Responsibilities:

• Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and guide them through our product offerings.
• Utilize strong sales techniques to drive revenue and meet sales targets.
• Follow up on sales leads and maintain a consistent pipeline of potential customers using CRM.
• Provide administrative support, including answering phones, managing appointments, and assisting with paperwork.
• Process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth business operations.
• Answer phones, respond to inquiries, and direct calls to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

• Proven sales experience, preferably in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Comfortable with sales-related tasks and tracking leads.
• Comfortable using basic office software (e.g., Google Suite).
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude.

Available shifts and compensation: Available shifts all days except Thursdays and Fridays. Compensation is $18.00 - $22.00/hour.
