Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to join our team. As an Event Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning and executing various events, ensuring their success from start to finish. This is a dynamic role that requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

Key responsibilities:

• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless event logistics, including venue setup, catering, entertainment.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, email, and print advertising.
• Analyze event and marketing performance metrics to optimize strategies
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to enhance brand partnerships and sponsorships.
• Manage event inquiries promptly and professionally, providing detailed information on available event packages, pricing, and customization options.
• Conduct site visits and consultations with potential clients to understand their event needs and tailor offerings to exceed their expectations.
• Create and maintain event contracts, invoices, and other documentation to ensure clarity and compliance throughout the booking process.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in event planning and marketing, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize deadlines effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
• Creative thinker with a passion for staying current on industry trends and emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
• Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required by event schedules
