Front of House Manager

Duties:

• Manage and supervise front-of-house staff, including servers, hosts/hostesses, and bartenders -
• Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and service standards
• Ensure smooth operation of shifts by coordinating staff schedules and assigning tasks Monitor dining areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety regulations
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional and timely manner
• Collaborate with the kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and delivery
• Oversee cash handling procedures and reconcile daily sales reports -

Skills:

• Previous experience in hospitality management or a similar role
• - Proficient in cash handling procedures and POS systems -

Compensation : $600 per week plus tips
