Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of physical tasks including pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, standing, walking, shoveling, raking, and digging for extended periods.
• Regularly lift weights of 25lbs up to 50lbs.
• Safely operate and maintain a variety of construction and maintenance tools/equipment.
• Perform general laborer duties associated with asphalt maintenance.
• Ensure all machines are well-oiled, serviced, and inspected.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
• Follow company rules, safety practices, and procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in a variety of weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.
• Willingness to work long hours and weekends when necessary.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to work in a team setting and with minimal oversight.
• Attention to detail regarding final appearance of work.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact professionally with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the general public.
• Commitment to maintaining a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation

The position offers an hourly pay of $18-$35, based on experience.
