Responsibilities

• Perform various physical tasks including pushing, pulling, twisting, bending, standing, walking, shoveling, raking, and digging for extended periods.
• Lift weights regularly ranging from 25lbs to 50lbs.
• Operate a range of construction and maintenance tools/equipment safely to accomplish daily tasks.
• Carry out general laborer duties associated with asphalt paving and patching.
• Ensure all machinery is well-maintained, serviced, and inspected regularly.
• Adhere to all health and safety regulations when operating equipment.
• Follow company rules, safety practices, and procedures diligently.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Ability to work in diverse weather conditions including heat, cold, wind, rain, and dusty environments.
• Willingness to work extended hours and weekends when necessary.
• Ability to work overtime when required.
• Strong work ethic and ability to complete all assigned tasks in a timely and efficient manner.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and with minimal supervision.
• Keen attention to detail regarding final appearance.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers, contractors, and the general public in a courteous, professional manner at all times.
• Commitment to ensuring a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Compensation

The hourly pay for this full-time position ranges from $20-$35, based on experience.
