Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the detail department
- Coordinate and prioritize workflow to ensure efficient and timely completion of tasks
- Train and supervise detail technicians to maintain high-quality work standards
- Perform auto detailing tasks such as washing, waxing, and interior cleaning as needed
- Inspect vehicles for quality control and ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to address customer concerns or special requests
- Maintain inventory of detailing supplies and equipment
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Skills:
- Proficient in auto estimating and familiar with industry standards
- Experience using power tools for various detailing tasks
- Knowledge of glass installation techniques for auto glass repair or replacement
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work
- Familiarity with auto body repair processes is a plus
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and address minor issues
- Familiarity with Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) is a plus
- Ability to assemble/disassemble vehicle components as needed
