Come join the Guest Services team at Black Butte Ranch!
We are hiring 2 full-time Guest Services Agents for our busy summer season. This job starts in May and ends in October. Our ideal applicant has previous experience in the hospitality or customer service industry, can quickly learn new technology, can interact with all types of people, and is able to work evening shifts (11:00am – 7:30pm, occasionally working as late as 9:00pm).
Guest Services Agents are responsible for guest check in/checkout, providing the highest level of service to guests and homeowners, anticipating guest needs, and maintaining our reputation as a premier resort destination.
Pay from $19/hr. based on skills and experience. Seasonal staff are not eligible for health insurance and other benefits but do receive some great perks, including access to all Ranch amenities including fitness centers, sport courts, pools and hot tubs, free golf, and discounts at our restaurants, retail outlets and at our spa.
All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
