Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team. As an Associate Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our establishment. This is a dynamic position that requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of food production and safety, and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Oversee daily operations, including food production, service, and cleanliness
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed
- Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment, following all food safety regulations
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner
- Collaborate with the management team to develop strategies for improving efficiency and profitability
- Assist with scheduling and payroll management

Experience:
- Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Knowledge of bartending and food production techniques
- Familiarity with Aloha POS system is a plus
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Experience in food service management or banquet operations is desirable
