Reports to: General Superintendent

Summary of Position: This person will be responsible for managing Blach’s warehouse and prefabrication facility, fleet, and tools. The successful candidate will play an integral role in maintaining office operations and safely supporting Blach’s project and Self-Perform teams.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all tool management in Blach’s prefabrication shop and warehouse, including: inventory, distribution, maintenance, organization and repair
• Manage Blach’s fleet of vehicles, including keeping track of inventory, distributing vehicles to employees, maintenance of the vehicle (both preventive and corrective), organization, and repair
• Support Blach’s office facilities by performing or supervising tasks requested by the Events Manager or Office Manager
• Work closely with Blach’s Office Manager to assist in the technical aspects of building repairs
• Support Office Manager in fulfilling owner requests
• Manage Blach’s warehouse by allowing for flexibility of the space to support both prefabrication and storage
• Coordinate deliveries with project teams and office personnel
• Accommodate usage of the warehouse for internal events and external guests
• Establish and maintain relationships with vendors that are beneficial to the organization
• Maintain high standards of safety in Blach warehouse and prefabrication facility

• Basic handyman skills, with an ability to perform a wide range of maintenance and repair tasks
• Must be able to regularly lift and carry objects weighing up to 50 pounds

Position Status: Full-time, regular business hours, non-exempt
