We are seeking a proactive and reliable Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a vital role in the efficient operation of our warehouse or distribution center. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a dedication to maintaining a well-managed and orderly warehouse environment.

Responsibilities:

• Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory items according to established procedures.
• Perform inventory counts and verification to ensure accuracy in stock records.
• Prepare and package items for shipment, ensuring proper labeling and documentation.
• Operate warehouse machinery and equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, following safety protocols.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse space, including shelving, aisles, and storage areas.
• Assist in fulfilling and picking orders accurately based on specifications provided.
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently process orders and meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular inspections of inventory to identify any damaged or expired items and take appropriate action.
• Follow safety guidelines and protocols to ensure a secure working environment for all staff.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is advantageous.
• Proficiency in using warehouse equipment and machinery is preferred.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory and orders.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.17 - $23.09 per hour
