REQUIREMENTS
Duties and Responsibilities

• Contribute to an environment for our team and guests that is fun, professional and in alignment with our company values.
• Work with the team to execute the goals communicated in the pre-shift huddle.
• Assist team members as needed or as directed by leadership team.
• Engage our guests by creating delightful experiences while providing a guest friendly environment.
• Being open to collaboration of new ideas and creativity to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain an awareness of all products and daily, weekly, monthly, gift card promotions.
• Assist in floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance and store housekeeping.
• Assist in processing and replenishing merchandise and participates in receiving and monitoring floor stock.
• Follow all Company policies, procedures, systems, processes, and direction.
• Provide good communication with leadership team and peers.
• Accurately and efficiently complete all sales transactions and maintain proper cash and media accountabilities at POS registers.
• Be empowered to assess and solve guest needs.
• Complete other duties as assigned by the leadership team.
• Ensures that guests are of legal drinking age by verifying proper identification is attained and wrist banding is performed.
• Comply with all Arizona Department of Alcoholic Beverage Control or Utah department of beverage services laws and regulations.
• Receive, prepare, and deliver drink orders.
• Learn and memorize drinks that are available and recipes for mixed drinks.
• Monitor and manage guest consumption of alcohol through execution of best practices and training. Eliminate any opportunity of excessive intoxication.
• Assist in tracking and managing inventory.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Personable but professional demeanor.
• Computer literate with ability to learn new software programs and applications easily.
• Ability to accurately complete all documentation.
• Able to lift 35 pounds.
• Complete and maintain TIPS certification (Utah) or Arizona Title 4 certification.
• Must meet the state minimum age to serve alcohol.
• Ability to safely move and stock beer kegs and beer cases ranging from 25 to 165 lbs.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move around the center for extended periods.
• Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates.
