Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Professional to join our team. As a Sales Professional, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our products or services to potential customers. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong sales abilities, and a customer-focused approach.

Duties:

- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and target markets

- Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers

- Present and demonstrate our products or services to potential customers

- Negotiate sales contracts and agreements

- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process

- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

- Meet or exceed sales targets and goals

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction

- Stay updated on industry trends, products, and competitors

Skills:

- Proven experience in sales, preferably in an outside sales role

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Strong negotiation skills

- Bilingual proficiency is a plus

- Ability to analyze customer needs and provide tailored solutions

- Familiarity with benefits administration or insurance sales is an advantage

- Knowledge of HIPAA regulations is preferred

- Experience in telemarketing or cold calling is beneficial
