Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented Wireless Consultant to join our team. As a Wireless Consultant, you will play a key role in assisting customers with their wireless needs and providing exceptional service.

Duties:

- Engage with customers to understand their wireless requirements and recommend suitable products or services
- Demonstrate product features and benefits through effective product demos
- Process sales transactions accurately using Point of Sale (POS) systems and cash registers
- Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to wireless devices
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Stay up-to-date on the latest technology trends in the wireless industry

Skills:

- Proficiency in retail math for sales transactions
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with customers
- Prior experience in sales, particularly in electronics, appliances, or technology sales
- Ability to speak Spanish (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with POS systems and handling product demos
- Competency in operating a cash register
