BJC HealthCare is hiring a Full-Time Medical Assistant for outpatient Podiatry Office at our PHC Medical Arts Clinic (1103 W. Liberty Street Farmington, MO 63640).

Position Details:

• Day Shift: Mon-Fri (8am-5pm) – No Call, Weekends, or Holidays

• Helping assist with procedures (casting and suture removal)
• Putting in surgery case orders
• Podiatry experience preferred
• Location is near -Doe Run, MO – Park Hills, MO – Sainte Genevieve, MO – Bonne Terre, MO - Desoto, MO - Washington County, St. Francis County, Iron County, Madison County, Jefferson County

Requirements:

• Registered MA / Certified MA
• CMS CMA or RMA through (AAMA, AMT, NCCT, or NHA)
• Must provide proof of MA Certification or Registration upon hiring

The Medical Assistant (MA) provides medical assistance under the direction of a physician or other licensed provider. This position performs select duties for the promotion of health in the care of patients and delivers care according to practice protocols and procedures.
