BJ Energy Solutions is Hiring a Logistics Coordinator Night Shift Near Bossier, LA
Job Purpose
BJ Energy Solutions Night Shift Logistics Coordinator position will report directly to the Logistics Lead. The Logistics Coordinator is accountable for the purchasing, planning, allocation, delivery, and continuous improvement of operational logistics.
- Maintain a safe work environment based on company policies and regulations.
- Ensure environmental compliance and meet sustainability objectives.
- Execute and Implement planned activities and strategies.
- Responsible for the end to end procure to pay process for logistics and equipment
- Forecast logistics and equipment requirements for well site operations based on volumes provided by sales and operations
- Identify and select new vendors through external and internal research. Assist in onboarding process, negotiations and contracting.
- Respond to internal, vendor and business partner inquiries
- Responsible for the service delivery, quality and continuous improvement for logistics
- Liaise with internal stakeholders to identify improvements to the existing practices
- Act as subject matter expert on logistics and equipment
- Maintains procurement systems, records and communicates challenges and opportunities

- Assess problem situations to identify causes. Gather and process relevant information to generate possible solutions, make recommendations and/or resolve the problem. Have a firm understanding of root cause analysis.
- Strong understanding of transportation and logistics practices and concept
Required Experience
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred
- 2 years logistics and/or supply chain experience preferred.
- Experienced with integrated purchasing business systems.
