Job Title: Care Coordinator

Job Description: Bizzy Bees Therapy is a pediatric therapy clinic located in Cumberland, RI. Our team is growing again and seeking a full time care coordinator (or two part-time care coordinators) to help run our clinic, providing quality customer service to our kiddos and their families. Full time employees will be provided with benefits options. The operating hours of the clinic are 8am to 6pm Monday through Friday and Saturdays from 8am to 2pm. This position will report directly to the intake coordinator and the director of administration.

Responsibilities:

  • Scheduling and re-scheduling of treatment sessions
  • Checking patients in and out
  • Providing exceptional customer service to each and every family
  • Collection all payments required for service
  • Taking in-bound sales and customer services calls
  • Organizing and managing patient accounts including medical files, physician notes, faxed documents, etc.
  • Providing support to clinical staff
  • Working with administrative team on quality improvement projects
  • Maintaining clean and safe environment for children, families and staff
  • Maintain accurate medical records
  • Supporting in community outreach
  • Providing families with information on community resources
  • Contribute to a strong, inclusive culture
  • Maintaining inventory of all office equipment and supplies.

Requirements:

  • High school Diploma or GED
  • Reliable transportation

  • Ability to lift 30 pounds (setting up or taking down clinic equipment)
  • Prior experience working in medical office setting
  • Prior experience working in customer service
