Responsibilities:
- To teach and deliver lessons in our twos-threes classroom
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and Florida Standards
- Create a positive and inclusive learning environment for children
- Adapt teaching methods to accommodate different learning styles and abilities
- Assess student progress and provide feedback of their development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to support children's development

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Patience, creativity, and flexibility in working within a diverse preschool setting
- Must be willing to obtain 45 hour DCF childcare training courses and ongoing training to support professional development
