-Indirect leadership of work delivered by team members.
-Partner and participate in Future State Business Process Design work.
-Document business and system process flows.
-Partner and participate in Solution architecture design.
-Understand and align to Technical Strategy and Governance.
-Validate & Recommend Acceptance Business Process Design &Requirements.
-Detailed and integrated design of solutions across SAP S4/Fashion andvarious WMSs and Cloud integration platforms.
-Manage Integration data design with application teams.
-Track product and feature delivery.
-Define and Document hand-offs to Operations / Production Support.
-Lead resolution of high priority issues with customers and productionsupport teams.
-Provide Quality Management (QM) testing support to all SAP configurationchanges and custom improvements.
Requirements
-Understanding of SAP S4 HANA Distribution and Inventory managementprocesses and configurations, Warehouse management systems and integration withWMS.
-Knowledge of system integration technologies (i.e., Fusion and/orInformatica, Amazon Web Services (AWS).
-Ability to collaborate with business leaders and elicit and documentrequirements.
-Prior experience in implementing, integrating, and/or maintaininglarge-scale ERP application suites in the Retail/Fashion/Footwear industries(SAP, Sterling and other enterprise platform business solutions); SAP S4,Fashion configuration is required.
-Experience working with Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools,VersionOne preferred.
-Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum, LEAN, Kanban, XPProgramming etc.
