Responsibilities

• Ability to work closely with the C-Suite and other colleagues to execute on business reporting needs
• Perform analysis and gather data from various sources to present information needed in critical decision-making
• Gather requirements and analyze data to propose and design dashboards, data visualizations, presentations, and other reports
• Engage in validation and cleansing of data to improve reporting accuracy
• Ability to summarize and present data depending on the needs of various audiences
• Migration of legacy reports to the Tableau platform

Qualifications

• Four or more years of experience in reporting and data analysis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Strong analytical skills that allow for the development of data-driven results
• Ability to manage time and prioritize projects to meet deadlines
• Medium to advanced SQL skills, Oracle experience a plus
• Ability to work independently to propose solutions and to resolve problems
• Detail oriented individual that consistently provides accurate and quality results
• Microsoft Access and Excel experience a plus
• Tableau project administration a plus
