Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Waterbury, CT. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, personnel management, and HR processes. The specialist will also be responsible for HR management tasks and anything else that is needed from the team.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Human Resources (HR), HR Management, and HR Policies
• Experience in Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to work collaboratively and independently
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred
• HR certification is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
