What You'll Do:

·Serve as the subject matter expert forall NSRL Portfolio data details, dashboard communication tools, and surface anyrisks within the data of our portfolio.

·Compile, design, and implement airtable process improvements including automation of manual processes, optimizingdata delivery, and tuning of application design to maximize the end-userdashboard experience.

·Collect, record, sanitize, and analyzedata using best-in-class practices and industry standard processes in anevolving data platform

·Work with disparate data groups tojoin different data sets together within Air table, creating relations, andsynthesizing meaningful insights from data analyses and create easilyinterpretable data visualizations for key stakeholder consumption

·Assist in developing quarterlyportfolio key metrics to measure business success

·Document requirements for projectback-logs

·Handle day-to-day administrativeduties related to portfolio health across our cross-functional NSRL portfolio

·Produce and automate bi-weekly, monthlyand quarterly reporting

·Have excellent time management skills.

·Be resourceful to fill in datadifferences the different portfolios to be seen as an adaptive problem solver

Communicate easily with both technical andnon-technical audiences.

Requirements

What You'll Bring:

·Bachelor's degree in BusinessManagement, Computer Science or other relevant fields; 3 years of experiencein business reporting and data analytics

·OR Master’s degree in related fieldwith 2 years of experience

·Proficient in Air table

·A passion for using data to maximizeimpact to consumers across multiple products or platforms.

·An entrepreneurial attitude and theability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and flexible environment onmultiple concurrent projects.

·Project experience as a member ofcross-functional, technical teams

·Curiosity and life-long learnerattitude who can quickly learn and adjust to new software tools.

·Strong analytical skills with theability to communicate, collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significantamounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.

·Ability to query large disparatedatasets and distill your findings into easy-to-understand analyses.

·Ability to bring data to life throughstorytelling and dashboard in a clear and meaningful way to audiences of mixedlevels of technical expertise.

·Results-oriented. You can cut to thecore of a problem, identify what needs to be done and work with the teams toget products launched.

·Proven experience with predictiveanalytics including statistics, time series analysis, and other advancedpredictive techniques.

·Experience working with Tableau orother data visualization tools and a strong knowledge of Excel.

Confluence, Jira, Google Analytics, CampaignMonitor and Miro boards experience a plus
