International Financial Institution seeks bilingual JapanesePlanning Specialist to supportteam for coordinate efforts and liaise between the U.S. and Tokyo Head Officein planning areas.

Primary responsibilities:

• Travel/meetingarrangements for Tokyo Head Office and Americas counterparts
• Manage administrativetasks including donation payments and event coordination for theJapanese-American communities in the United States.
• Support theadministrative operations in the expense management.
• Support theadministrative operations in the culture initiatives including enterprise awardarrangements
• Support an internalcommunication development within the organization.
• Liaise between theU.S. and Tokyo Head Office under the consultationwith supervisors.
• Support on-boarding andoff-boarding administrative tasks for team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree preferred
• 5-year business experience. Banking sector experiencepreferred but not required 
• Strong in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Must have excellent communication skills,verbal and written in English and Japanese
• Goal-oriented mindset to stay focused anddisciplined on overcoming challenges
• Strong organizational skillsin diverse workspace
