OVERVIEW
As a Business Operation Manager in Global Stores, you will workwith global teams across the Direct Stores & Services (NDSS)organization to activate our Value Delivery Approach. This approach includesprocesses with key activities (e.g., Intake Review, Discovery, Prioritization,Quarterly Commit, etc.), and is supported by a tool called “Aha!”. We arelooking for someone that can help us coordinate the key activities, administerthe tool, and build basic training documentation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
·Coordinate Operating Offense & Value Delivery Approach activities(e.g., meeting invites, agenda creation, recap distribution, contentcollection, etc.)
·Administration of toolset configuration and reporting, ensuring data integrityand multi-functional feedback on enhancements
·Create basic process and toolset training documentation
QUALIFICATIONS
·Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, or relateddiscipline
·Background / experience in direct vertical retail and/or retail supportpreferred
·Advanced skills with Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote,and Aha!
·Proven ability to manage multiple tasks with competing prioritiesin a highly matrixed environment
·Ability to construct and format effective reports andpresentations, including basic training documentation creation
·Ability to work in a highly ambiguous environment and interest insupporting a global team
·Ability to handle responsibilities independently, while exercisinggood judgment in problem solving and keeping team members adequately informed
·Strong verbal and written communication skills
·Agile Principal experience is a plus
