BizTek People, Inc. | APA International Placement Consultants is Hiring a Global Equity Investment Analyst - Long-Only Fund Near New York, NY

Internationallong-only fund seeks Global Equity Research Analyst to cover generalsectors, mainly in the US and Europe. The asset manager focuses on high quality growth stocks inlong-term, fundamental value-oriented investment. The position islocated in New York City and a part of the global team located in differenttime zone. While the NY team covers Western Hemisphere, the other office covers the rest.

Responsibilities:

Conduct bottom-up research of equities onassigned industries
Develop and present new investment ideas
Monitor current investments to enhance riskadjusted returns for the portfolio.
Monitor the latest news on the underliningstocks in the portfolio and evaluate the impacts on the stocks.
Build and maintain complete company models,create income statement, balance sheet and cash flow forecasts and performvaluation analysis.
Conduct on-site company visits and conferencecalls and meet the company managements frequently.
Maintain good and frequent communication withthe portfolio managers on industries and stocks in their portfolio.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree with a strong academic trackrecord, MBA, CFA a Plus.
Excellent analytical skills
Strong work ethics
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency in Excel and Bloomberg
Strong team orientation
10 Years of experience in Equity investmentresearch at long-only funds. Senior/mature candidates are welcome.
Industrial/Material/Consumer staplesector analystexperience is preferable, but not must
Working knowledge of accounting, finance, andvaluation
Ability to multi-task and work with numerous teams
