This role will workindependently as well as collaboratively with project stakeholders, employees,timekeepers from various departments and other central and system-wideentities. The role will leverage technical and functional expertise toidentify, analyze and resolve cross-functional issues that may span multiplesystems.

Functional/Technical Knowledge

• Ability tocomprehend and leverage technical and functional knowledge ofTimekeeping/Payroll and delivered and custom PeopleSoft application

• Knowledge of thedelivered and custom PeopleSoft records to create SQL to pull the necessarydata for analysis

Requirements

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degreein Business, Information Systems or Computer Science (or related) ORcombination of relevant professional experience and education.

• Six (6) years ofdata analysis experience on a system implementation project

• Strong verbal andwritten communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicatetechnical information to both technical and non-technical resources

• May be required towork occasional weekend and holiday depending on business needs

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience workingin a large, complex healthcare setting

• Working knowledgeof university staff personnel policies and collective bargaining agreementsrelated to, or having an impact upon, time and attendance functions

• Experience withimplementing or upgrading timekeeping systems

• Experience usingSmartsheet or other work management platform
