InternationalBank is looking for a Client Service Representative who will be responsible foraddressing inquiries from Corporate Clients on cash management products orrelated banking services.

• Receive inquiriesfrom Corporate Clients via email and phone in English and Japanese.
• Input customerdata and inquiry information into proprietary system.
• Provide set upservice support and troubleshooting issues to the American partner bank.
• Manage andinput the billing database for the purpose of generating invoices.
• Work with ourback-office operations, Deposit & Clearing, and Investigations departmentsfor wire transfer issues and inquiries.
• Solve problemsalong with our product team to assist in resolving issues.
• Develop goodknowledge of bank on-line banking products to provide assistance, support andcustomer service to the sales team and corporate banking relationship managers.
• Develop strongknowledge of internal policies and procedures in order to effectively executeprocesses.
• Keep closecommunication with the Senior Client Service Representatives on daily tasks andprogress.
• Answer andaddress customer inquiries related to our cash management products

Requirements

• At least 2years of comparable or relevant customer service experience, preferably inbanking/financial services industry.
• BA/BS Degreepreferred.
• BilingualJapanese language skills preferred.
• Good timemanagement skills to handle large volumes of customer inquiries.
• Effectivemulti-tasking skill to handle a broad range of activities, tasks, and outcomes.
• Proactivelyfollow-up on open items and work that needs to be advanced forward.
• Great communicatorverbally and in writing
• Quick learnerand team worker
