• Provides informationand recommendations regarding financial management and budgetary issues,questions, and scenarios by leveraging data analytics capabilities
• Demonstrates in-depthknowledge of data analytics tools and applications
• Performs advanced dataanalysis, including data visualization, statistical analysis, and predictivemodeling to generate insights
• Producesexecutive-level strategic plans within a Federal department, agency, or privatesector organization
• Collaborates withstakeholders to gather data, clarify requirements, and present findings tosupport decision-making
• Shares expertise andbest practices with the broader team
• Stays up-to-date onthe latest advancements in data analytics and continually develops their skills
• Generates standards,researches practices, and issues policies related to financial management

• Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, mathematics, or economics
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management disciplines, including generating standards, researching practices, producing analysis, and issuing policies
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience producing executive-level strategic plans within a Federal department, agency, or private sector

• Master's degree in business, accounting, finance, mathematics, or economics
• Certified Government Financial Manager or Certified Defense Financial Management
• More than 8-10 years of experience in Information Technology and Systems
• More than 8-10 years of experience implementing or managing data systems for Federal agencies, departments, or the private sector
• More than 8-10 years of experience with the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Federal Government, or private sector
