BizFirst is assisting our client withrecruiting a Full-time Audit and Accounting Analyst - Junior – – TS/SCI Poly –Bethesda, MD. Our client is a boutique consulting firm that employs consultantsand professionals with unique skill sets to support the federal government withstrategic execution, financial process enablement, IT systems, and EnterpriseResource Planning (ERP) software implementation.

What will you do

As a Junior Auditing and Accounting Analyst,you will be knowledgeable in financial management practices, accounting lawsand regulations, and process improvement. In this role, you will assist in thedevelopment of IC-specific directives, standards, and guidance to formalizesolutions as best practices. You will also help evaluate, modify, write, andpublish policies, legislations, or audit standards governing financialmanagement requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates knowledgein financial management practices, accounting laws and regulations, and processimprovement
• Assists in thedevelopment of IC-specific directives, standards, and guidance to formalizesolutions as best practices
• Helps evaluate,modify, write, and publish policies, legislations, or audit standards governingfinancial management requirements.

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance

• Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, or finance and 1 years with the Intelligence Community (IC) and/or Federal Government
