Experience in the following would be beneficial, but experience in all is not a requirement.

5 years of sales and technical support in any of these industries: Defense, Aerospace, Broadcast, Media and Entertainment, Pro Audio and Video, and Music. This includes a strong understanding of the technical requirements for connecting equipment in customers' systems with our products and each other. Knowledge within these industries does overlap, but a broader and more mature scope of knowledge across multiple industries is preferable.

- Skill in delegation through channel sales

- Assisting other employees with quoting jobs for clients based on client-provided diagrams and/or written documentation

- The ability to identify what customizations to existing products are required to meet customer needs

- Familiarity with the following software: Windows Operating Systems, Goldmine, Sage Pro, RingCentral, Autodesk DWG TrueView, Microsoft Office Suite, and Trello
