BitGiants is Hiring a Technical Support Specialist Near Beach, FL

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our customers. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Assist customers with setting up and configuring computer systems
- Install and maintain IT infrastructure, including LAN, operating systems, and firewalls
- Collaborate with other team members to resolve technical issues
- Document customer interactions and resolutions in the ticketing system (Kaseya BMS)
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering high-quality customer service

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of computer networking and technical support principles
- Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Experience with IT infrastructure setup and maintenance
- Familiarity with Mac OS and various operating systems (Windows, Linux)
- Knowledge of ticketing systems (Confluence, Kaseya) is a plus
- Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Desired Software Proficiency:
- MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- MS 365 Admin Center (Identity, SharePoint, and Teams)
- Common operating systems (Windows, macOS)
- Familiarity with networking concepts and management software
- Familiarity with virtualization concepts and software such as VMWare ESXi or MS Hyper-V products
- Backup concepts and software such as Veeam B&R
