Responsibilities
- Maintain compliance with government agencies
- Act as the point of contact for external auditors
- Maintain internal books and finances Analyze financial transactions
- All Construction Accounting
- Full controller to file taxes
- WIP Reports
- P&L Statements
- Lien Releases
- Budget entries
- Working with PMs on billables and payables
- Supervise Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Payroll processes
- Prepare monthly and annual financial statements
- Filing quarterly taxes
- Year close out
Qualifications
- 5 years in recent Construction Accounting
- BS in Accounting or other related field
- Hands on in WIPs and P&L statements
- Excel experienced
- Leadership skills
- Knowledge of job costing
- JobPower proficient
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Salary: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
Experience:
- GAAP: 1 year (Preferred)
Ability to Commute:
- Memphis, TN 38133 (Preferred)
Ability to Relocate:
- Memphis, TN 38133: Relocate before starting work (Preferred)
