Bitchin' Sauce is Hiring a Supply Chain Coordinator Near Carlsbad, CA
Duties and responsibilities
- Assist the VP of Supply Chain with all seen and unforeseen tasks
- Assist with raw material/packaging ordering
- Physical spot checks when necessary
- Sending purchase orders to suppliers
- Input purchase orders into the tracker and maintain communication with suppliers for order status
- Follow up with vendors regarding any discrepancies or damages in deliveries and properly communicate issues to necessary internal personnel
- Continual maintenance on the approved supplier list to ensure accurate records per vendor
- Assist with inventory tracking
- End-of-month cycle counts
- Inventory reconciliation
- Data entry and reporting
- Daily BOL entry
- Confirm entries into the purchase order log and ship sheets
- Assist with verification of outbound and receiving logs
- Assist with verification of outsourced freight log
- Assist with the supply chain by completing the following for distributor purchase orders:
- PO log data entry
- Confirmation of order receipt, accepting price, quantity and pick up date, within twenty-four hours
- Reconcile all distributor orders on the PO log through bills of lading
- Denote any shortages
- Denote actual date
- Denote shipping status (pending, shipped, or delivered)
- Assist with customer service and fulfillment
- Track customer shipments and update status
- Communicate daily with carrier network
- Proactive reporting of order status to customers
- Continuous improvement to our freight network
- Organizing and document control
- Keeping files up to date and organized on Google Drive
- Scanning/shredding
- Other duties as may arise from time to time and as may be assigned to the employee
- High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree in a related field preferred
- Experience with CPG Manufacturing a plus
- Basic math, reading, and writing skills
- Basic computer skills. proficient in Microsoft Office
- Good communication skills.
- Willingness to comply with all safety guidelines at all times
- Reliable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Employees are subject to Food Safety standards in the facility.
- The Employee is expected to work in a full-time capacity.
- The Employee will need to follow a specific schedule that is tracked by the Employer.
- The Employee will complete all work on-site at Bitchin’ Sauce LLC. headquarters.
