Join the team at Bistro Nautile, the only French-focused restaurant in FoCo!! We are looking for an experienced, awesome server and bartender with flexible availability for two to three shifts a week. Thursday & weekend availability is a must. Responsibilities include in-depth knowledge of food, wines and cocktails, experience with fine-dining service, and excellent customer service skills. If you love food, have knowledge of food and wine, and love building relationships with customers, we’d like to meet you.

Requirements

• 4 years serving and 2 years bartending experience
• Day and evening availability, Thursday evening and weekend availability a must
• The ability to self manage and ensure satisfaction for patrons
• A desire to learn and better yourself
• Self-sufficiency - the ability to learn something the first (or second) time and do it correctly
• A willingness to ask questions, admit when you're wrong, and learn from mistakes
• A sense of humor

Responsibilities

• Seating guests, taking orders, making cocktails, running and clearing food, and setting tables
• In-depth knowledge of both menus and drink lists
• Connecting with guests and developing relationships
• Lots of cleaning
• Being a team player and ensuring that everyone succeeds
• A positive attitude

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $45.00 per hour
