• Conduct student tours;
• Host “Saints Day”;
• Organize parent information meetings;
• Organize shadow visits;
• Prepare the annual Open House;
• Coordinate partner school visits;
• Develop, write, edit, and distribute a newsletter;
• Update annual brochures;
• Plan and implement marketing efforts during Homecoming for future Saints;
• Schedule, organize and run athletic partner school nights;
• Write and submit the annual Diocesan Marketing Timeline to the CSO;
• Respond to and track general inquiries to the school;
• Champion Bishop Dwenger High School to current and new families;
• Oversee BD Student Ambassadors;
• Assist in Bishop Dwenger events, as needed;
• Work with the Alumni Coordinator and Communications Coordinator to create cohesive messaging;
• Work and coordinate events with School Administration;
• Available for night and weekend events;
• Other tasks, as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Sales, or related field;
• 5 years experience;

• Practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church, preferable;
• Basic working knowledge of Catholic marketing and messaging;
• Excellent writing skills;
• Positive, outgoing personality;
• Ability to develop strong meaningful relationships with various demographics.
