Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Full Charge Bookkeeper to join our team. As a Full Charge Bookkeeper, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of our company's financial records and transactions. This includes maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records, reconciling bank statements, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting. Duties: - Perform bank reconciliations to ensure accuracy of financial transactions - Manage general ledger accounting activities, including recording journal entries and maintaining the chart of accounts - Prepare financial statements and reports, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements - Assist with budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning - Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions - Conduct regular audits of financial data to identify discrepancies or errors - Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) - Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) to record and track financial transactions - Maintain confidentiality of financial information and adhere to company policies and procedures Experience: - Proven experience as a Full Charge Bookkeeper or similar role - Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, and procedures - Proficiency in using accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) - Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail - Ability to analyze financial data and generate accurate reports - Familiarity with 10-key typing for efficient data entry - Solid understanding of debits, credits, and general ledger accounting - Previous experience in public accounting is a plus If you are a dedicated professional with a strong background in bookkeeping and a passion for accuracy and organization, we encourage you to apply for this position.
