Job Responsibilities:

• Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and positive attitude. Provide attentive and personalized service to ensure guests feel valued and well taken care of.
• Taking Orders: Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all special requests and dietary preferences are noted and communicated to the kitchen staff.
• Food and Beverage Preparation: Prepare and serve coffee beverages and other beverages according to Birdy's Cafe standards. Ensure all drinks are made with precision and care, paying attention to details such as temperature, presentation, and quality.
• Table Maintenance: Keep tables and dining areas clean and organized at all times. Clear dishes and utensils promptly, and ensure tables are set up with necessary condiments and utensils for the next guests.
• Billing and Payment: Process customer payments accurately and efficiently using the cafe's POS system. Handle cash and card transactions with integrity and attention to detail.
• Communication: Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service and timely delivery of orders. Collaborate with colleagues to address any guest concerns or special requests promptly and professionally.
