Senior Budget Analyst
The Birchmere Group is looking for a Senior Budget Analyst to join us in supporting the US Cyber Command in the Fort Meade area. The candidate must have:
- Direct DOD or Military budget experience/background
- Has used the DEAMS or Defense Agency Initiative (DAI) budget system
- Has experience with processing outgoing MIPRs
- Monitoring execution
- Mid-year review and spend plan experience
Required Skills
- Experience working in a complex cyberspace operation and/or multistakeholder environment
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in the preparation of reports that reflect programs/project status in areas of cost, schedule, and performance
- Five years’ experience in budgeting and/or analysis within dod and/or governmental organizations
- Certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) or Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM) certifications
- In lieu of a Master’s degree, a Bachelor’s degree with an additional 2 years of experience in performing requirements for a total of 12 years; or HS diploma/Associates degree with an additional 6 years of experience in performing requirements for a total of 16 years
Desired skills
- Minimum of five years of experience in the PPBE process
