Collaboration Applications Developer Skill Level 1

Responsible for maintaining and optimizing the TL&D SharePoint or similar environment. Interacts with Government Lead and customers to capture requirements, and design and develop the most effective enhancements to meet customer needs.

The Level 1 Collaboration Applications Developer shall possess the following capabilities:

• Assist in developing software using .NET, Web Services and JavaScript
• Manage small-scale SharePoint or similar site-development
• Maintain and update SharePoint or similar master pages
• Gather software requirements in support of software specification designs
• Assist in developing webpages using HTML, CSS and JavaScript or similar applications

Qualifications:

• Four (4) years’ experience in software development and software project management in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity. A Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Four (4) years of additional experience, for a total of eight (8) years, may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
• One (1) year experience in SharePoint or similar master page development
• Two (2) years’ experience in requirements gathering and software specification design
• Two (2) years’ experience in SharePoint or similar site-development
• Three (3) years’ experience in HTML, and CSS
