Responsibilities:
The Business Development Junior Analyst creates client reporting packages using our HubSpot database; data includes client scorecards and satisfaction metrics. This role also creates business development pipeline analysis tracking the client’s progression from initial contact to signed contract.

Key Functions:
On an average day, a Junior Business Development Analyst may:
• Extract metrics from our HubSpot database and create client quarterly Business Review Scorecards
• Prepare venture capital partners bi-annual Business Review Scorecards
• Identify biotech companies that may benefit from BioProcure or Prendio services
• Track and report client pipeline progression from initial contact through signed contract
• Perform database maintenance as necessary
• Complete additional client reporting projects
• Train AI bot to automate processes.
• Perform other tasks and duties as assigned

Qualifications

Requirements:
• Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, finance, or related fields
• Proficiency using Microsoft Excel tools such as pivot tables, chart organization, data management, and formatting of tables for presentation
• Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint and converting Microsoft Excel models to PowerPoint with an understanding of presentation concepts and slide design
• Prior experience using HubSpot or other CRM preferred
• Ability to understand large data reports and extract key metrics that would support our value proposition
• Capacity to work through tight deadlines surrounding end of quarter reporting
• Willingness to take on various projects that require learning new processes that builds on computer literacy
• A fearless and positive attitude and the willingness to take intelligent risks while being resilient in the face of challenges
• The ability to work well both independently and as part of a team
