Responsibilities

• Answer high volume customer phone calls and take appropriate action for each call
• Transferring vital information in perfect detail between data systems with 98% accuracy
• Work effectively as a member of the Quality Assurance team
• Process sales receipts and invoices using QuickBooks Online
• Direct sales to the appropriate department and perform market research
• Assist in product manufacturing

Skills

• Strong computer skills including a proficiency in the Microsoft Office365
• High volume call center experience
• Exceptional communication skills with customers and co-workers
• Ability to build and maintain effective customer relationships
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities
• Ability to carry more than 40lbs
• Must be available to work some holidays and weekends.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass background investigation
• Able to pass a drug screening
• Must be reliable and dependable, reporting to work on a consistent and punctual basis
• Must have a valid driver's license, reliable automobile and insurance
• Flexible daytime schedule
